CHISEL BEACHWORTHY ABS

Are you ready to show the world what you?re made of this summer? In other words, will you be proud to show up on the beach in your bathing suit? It?s a great feeling to know your midsection?s in shape, nice and hard instead of moving all around whenever you motor. If your abs are still a shaky proposition, we?re here to help. Here are a whole lot of exercises to tone and define your midsection muscles. Perform all or some of them on a daily basis. Follow a low-fat diet, get your heart pumping with aerobic training and chances are you?ll be happy to be seen almost au natural this summer.

 

 

 

Front Crunches

Lie on your back with hands behind the head and legs bent, feet flat. Proceed to raise the head and shoulders off the ground. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform 20 repetitions.


Side Cruches

Lie on your back with hands behind the head and legs bent, feet flat. Proceed to raise the head and shoulders off the ground and twist to the right. Pause, then return to starting position and next rise and twist to the left. Perform 20 alternating repetitions to each side.

Standing Trunk Twists

Stand with feet apart and hands behind the head. Proceed to twist to the left. Pause, then twist to the right. Perform 20 alternating repetitions to each side.

Standing Side Bends

Stand with feet close together and hands behind the head. Proceed to bend to the left. Pause, then bend to the right. Perform 20 alternating repetitions to each side.

Crunch Leg Raises

Lie on your back with hands behind the head and legs extended out, slightly off the ground. Proceed to simultaneously raise the head and shoulders off the ground while raising the legs up. Pause, then lower to starting position. Perform 20 repetitions.
